Cabin Crew Training

The Comair Training Centre, offers a variety of training courses for aspirant and current cabin crew and cabin controllers. Our client base ranges from local and international airlines, the military and some corporate operators, operating the Boeing B737-2/3/4/5/800 and Boeing BBJ aircraft.

We are a registered Part 141 Aviation Training Organisation (ATO) and offer a series of modules that constitute a holistic approach to the training of cabin crew. Our training courses and programmes are approved by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) under FCL 64 which run a close parallel to the requirements demanded by JAR-OPS.

No valuable aviation training is complete without the execution of the practical elements.

In order to achieve these objectives, we at the Comair Training Centre have our own narrow-body B737-aircraft, complete with bulkheads and stowages, smoke simulator, communication system, passenger and crew seats, doors and slides, galleys and flight deck.

With this B737-aircraft we are capable of presenting the mandatory evacuation and slide jump training in-house. The simulator is satisfactory to train personnel on the Boeing 737 narrow-body series/aircraft types. The training facilities at the Comair Training Centre were designed with the main aim; to provide students with a positive learning experience!
